LIFETIME WARRANTY<\/h1>\n

We offer a lifetime warranty on all goggle frames and outer\u00a0lenses. Covered by this warranty are cracks within the outer Polycarbonate (PC) lens and failures within the structure of the TPU frame for the lifetime* of the product. Lifetime warranty applies to all products that are handed in for warranty by the first owner with a proof of purchase from DELAYON or one of its authorised dealers.<\/p>\n

Damages incurred as a result of loss or (mis-) use of the products, for example\u00a0scratches or damages of inner lens, are not covered by this warranty. Please note that lenses perforated by gun-shots are also not covered.<\/p>\n

*The term “Lifetime” related the lifetime of the product and NOT THE CUSTOMER. The lifetime of each product is determined by the care you give to it and the intensity of the use. Please be aware that your outdoor adventures do result in “wear and tear” of your products and in general every use reduces the lifetime of your product. Take good care of your products to extend the lifetime of your product.<\/p>\n

General Warranty<\/h2>\n

All products shown on this website\u00a0are covered by a limited governmental two year warranty. We ensure all sold products\u00a0to be free of defects in material or workmanship fr this period.\u00a0To ensure a fast and easy warranty claim, please check all products for quality concerns within our normal return policy, as later warranty claims need to\u00a0be accompanied by an explanation and receipt.\u00a0We\u00a0will not be responsible for any costs, losses or damages incurred as a result of loss or (mis-)use of product.<\/p>\n

ECO-REFUND<\/h1>\n

Nature is our home and we wanna keep it clean to ensure a nice home-feeling for all the generations to come. Therefore we would like to see you use your purchase as long as possible. However every product has its lifetime and becomes unusable at a certain point in time.\u00a0But this is not all: Your lens is totally scratched? You broke your sunglasses going extreme.\u00a0Once you think the lifetime of your purchased product is over, send us an Email and show us how you recycled your old purchases. Attach your\u00a0receipt (from retail stores) or Order Number.\u00a0Whether you are recycling the materials or up cycling parts of your purchase: We will grant your effort to keep our home clean\u00a0with a 10% voucher off your product value for your next order.<\/p>\n

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can\u2019t offer you a refund or exchange. If you have purchased discounted or received free additional products with your order, you may disqualify from these promotional benefits. As a result, product costs may not be returned fully.<\/p>\n

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To claim a return successfully, you must contact DELAYON Eyewear first<\/p>\n

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you\u2019ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.<\/p>\n

If the item wasn\u2019t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.<\/p>\n
