Returns & Warranty
ReturnsOur policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. If you have purchased discounted or received free additional products with your order, you may disqualify from these promotional benefits. As a result, product costs may not be returned fully.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To claim a return successfully, you must contact DELAYON Eyewear first

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Sale items (if applicable)Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items with a discount of more than 35% off normal retail price cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com. We will inform you about the further process.
GiftsIf the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
To return your product, please inform us upfront about your case and wait for a response from our side. Please wait for a official confirmation from our side, before returning your product to us. In case we won't provide any other information about your case, please return you product to the following address: DELAYON Eyewear UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Kollaukamp 5,22453 Hamburg, Germany.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
When returning a item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. DELAYON Eyewear is not taking any responsibility for lost return-shippments.
We offer a lifetime warranty on all goggle frames and outer lenses. Covered by this limited warranty are cracks within the outer Polycarbonate (PC) lens and failures within the structure of the TPU frame. Damages incurred as a result of loss or (mis-) use of the products, for example scratches or damages of inner lens, are not covered by this warranty. Please note that lenses perforated by gun-shots are also not covered.
All products shown on this website are covered by a limited governmental two year warranty. We ensure all sold products to be free of defects in material or workmanship fr this period. To ensure a fast and easy warranty claim, please check all products for quality concerns within our normal return policy, as later warranty claims need to be accompanied by an explanation and receipt. We will not be responsible for any costs, losses or damages incurred as a result of loss or (mis-)use of product.
Nature is our home and we wanna keep it clean to ensure a nice home-feeling for all the generations to come. Therefore we would like to see you use your purchase as long as possible. However every product has its lifetime and becomes unusable at a certain point in time. But this is not all: Your lens is totally scratched? You broke your sunglasses going extreme. Once you think the lifetime of your purchased product is over, send us an Email and show us how you recycled your old purchases. Attach your receipt (from retail stores) or Order Number. Whether you are recycling the materials or up cycling parts of your purchase: We will grant your effort to keep our home clean with a 10% voucher off your product value for your next order.
