There’s nothing better than a romantic day with your better half! For those who need a jump start on Valentine’s Day, here are our top 5 winter activities that will turn any Valentine’s Day or date into a romantic winter wonderland.
1.Tobogganing
Tobogganing is cult! Get in your warm clothes and get out there. Tobogganing combines everything you need for a really good date: adrenaline, movement, time for great conversations and on the hut above still a small (!) Zirbenschnaps against the inhibitions. The absolute bonus: If you only have one sled, it automatically becomes cozy!
Attention: Nothing for daredevils with fear hares!
2. Winter hiking
Whether it’s a big winter hike or a short walk: The best conversations are known to arise from a beautiful view, fresh air and a bit of movement, and it’s much easier to philosophize about the great things in life. Pure inspiration for the other person, but also for yourself.
3. Ice skating
Whether you’re a pro or a novice, ice skating with your sweetheart is as romantic as it sounds. You don’t know how to ice skate at all? Perfect – let them show you! If you fall, someone will be there to help you up. And if you get cold, just warm up with a hot cocoa.
4. Cooking together
They say that the way to a person’s heart is through their stomach. Test this theory by preparing a romantic Valentine’s dinner together – this is especially a good option for those who don’t have much time and want to incorporate some togetherness into their daily routine.
5. Ski touring
Last but not least: a nice ski tour. Whether as a beginner on the slopes or as a professional in the terrain – a ski tour for two is and remains a timeless classic for all with mountains from the door. For all those who run down thousands of meters of altitude a week anyway: How about a sunset or night – ski tour? After a romantic sunset in a beautiful landscape, the two of you enjoy a few beautiful turns on the boards that mean the world. After the tour you snuggle up in blankets and warm up with a cup of tea.
