PLEASE NOTE: Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled or stopped in transit. If your order has already been shipped, you may refuse delivery or return the item(s) to us after receipt.

EXCHANGES

If you would like to exchange an item from your order, simply return it for a refund and place a new order through Delayon-Eyewear.com.

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to offer direct exchanges. This allows us to process orders efficiently and ensure accurate product availability at all times.

RETURNS

After receiving your order, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, simply send us a clear statement via email or through our return request form. To help us process your request efficiently, please include your order number and the contact details used when placing your order.

To ensure a smooth and fast return process, we recommend notifying us before sending your return. However, this is not a requirement for exercising your right of withdrawal.

If your order qualified for special benefits such as discounts, free products, free shipping, or promotional offers, these benefits may no longer apply if part or all of the order is returned. In such cases, your refund may be adjusted based on the remaining value of the order after the return.

The following items are excluded from returns:

  • Gift cards and vouchers
  • Digital products and downloadable content
  • Personalized or custom-made products

REFUNDS

Once your return has been received, the items will be inspected for completeness and condition.

If products show damage, missing accessories, or signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect their nature, characteristics, and functionality, we reserve the right to claim reasonable compensation for any loss in value as permitted by applicable law.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

Depending on your payment provider, it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account. Processing times may be longer for credit cards and international payment services.

If you have not received your refund after a reasonable period, please first contact your bank or payment provider. If you still require assistance, feel free to contact our support team.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If your order arrives damaged or contains a defective product, please contact us as soon as possible through our warranty and support form.

After reviewing your case, we will advise you on the next steps. Depending on the nature of the issue, we may offer a repair, replacement, or another suitable solution.

GIFTS

If an order was purchased as a gift, any refund will generally be issued to the original purchaser who placed and paid for the order.

SHIPPING & RETURN SHIPPING

Unless otherwise agreed, customers are responsible for the direct costs of returning goods.

Please ensure that returned items are packaged securely and appropriately for transport. If a product is damaged during return shipping due to insufficient packaging, we may be entitled to claim compensation for the resulting loss in value.

Upon request, we can provide a return shipping label where available. The current cost of a return label is €8 and will be deducted from the refund amount.

For your protection, we strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service. DELAYON Eyewear is not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged during transit.
