A. Withdrawal Policy

Introduction

Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the last item of the goods.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, although this is not mandatory.

If you use this online option, we will promptly provide confirmation of receipt of your withdrawal on a durable medium (e.g. by email), including the content of the withdrawal declaration as well as the date and time it was received.

If you make use of this option, we will promptly send you confirmation of receipt of your withdrawal (e.g. by email).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence of having returned the goods, whichever occurs first.

You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion or Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the consumer’s personal needs.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the case of contracts for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers who, at the time the contract is concluded, are not nationals of a Member State of the European Union and whose sole residence and delivery address are located outside the European Union at the time the contract is concluded.

General Information

  1. Please avoid damaging or contaminating the goods. If possible, return the goods in their original packaging together with all accessories and packaging components. If necessary, use suitable protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure adequate protection against transport damage using appropriate packaging.
  2. Please do not return goods freight collect.
  3. Please note that compliance with points 1 and 2 is not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of your right of withdrawal.
