Consumers have a right of withdrawal as outlined below, where a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that predominantly are outside their trade, business, or profession:

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us via the contact form below (DELAYON Eyewear UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Kollaukamp 5, 22453 Hamburg, Germany, Email: info@delayon-eyewear.com) by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. For the fastest processing of the return, we recommend contacting us via the contact form below and using the official return labels of our logistics partner.
You may also fill out and submit the sample withdrawal form or any other clear statement electronically on our website www.delayon-eyewear.de/service. If you use this option, we will promptly (e.g., by email) send you confirmation of receipt of such withdrawal.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), promptly and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this refund. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You must return or hand over the goods to us promptly and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Exclusions or Premature Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and whose production is determined by an individual choice or decision by the consumer or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
General Information
1) Please avoid damaging or contaminating the goods. Please return the goods in their original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. Use a protective outer packaging if necessary. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure that the goods are adequately protected against transport damage with suitable packaging.
2) Please do not send the goods back to us freight collect.
3) Please note that the above clauses 1-2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.

Please use the return form below to register your return.
RETURNS
After receiving your order, you have a 14-day right of return. Returns after this period do not need to be accepted by us. To make use of this right, a simple message via email is sufficient, which includes either your invoice/purchase receipt or your personal information and order number. To process your return as quickly and smoothly as possible, you must first inform DELAYON Eyewear about your return. We will contact you and inform you about the next steps. For orders returned without prior agreement or not accepted upon delivery, we charge a processing fee of €20.
If you have qualified for special advantages (discounts, free products, etc.) due to your order quantity, these claims may expire with the return of individual or entire orders. Consequently, the order costs may only be partially refunded. To avoid misunderstandings, we recommend that you inform yourself about your return and refund. Our team is happy to assist you.
Excluded from Returns:
- Gift vouchers
- Downloads and digital goods
- Sample items, second-choice products & outlet products
REFUNDS
Refunds will only be made after receiving and reviewing the goods. We will inform you whether we accept your return or, for example, reject it in the case of damaged items. Refunds for accepted returns will be made to the payment method you selected. Transactions to different payment methods must be explicitly agreed with us and require confirmation from you and our processor. We strive to refund the respective amount as quickly as possible.
Rejected or withdrawn payments will incur a processing fee of €15.
Delayed or Missing Transactions
If you are waiting for a refund, first check your bank account for a deposit and contact your bank. Depending on the payment method used, it may take several days for the refund to be processed and appear in your account. Credit card processing times, in particular, may take longer.
Please contact us at info@delayon-eyewear.com if your bank has no information about a payment order from us at this time.
EXCHANGES
If there are defects in your order and items are damaged, please contact us. We will inform you about the next steps and any possible exchanges. Depending on the nature of the defect, we will replace products or individual parts either free of charge or for a fee.
GIFTS
If items or orders are marked as gifts, you will receive a voucher equal to the amount upon return of the goods. This will be sent via email after receipt and inspection of the goods.
SHIPPING
We do not cover the costs of returning the goods. Return labels (available only in selected regions within the European Union) will be charged at €8.
