We use 100% recycled PET from food packaging as the raw material for the frame.

ZIRKEL® SERIES - MADE FROM RECYCLED PET
Each year, around 96 million tons of plastic packaging are put into circulation worldwide – yet only 9 to 15% of it is actually recycled. Over 20% ends up in the environment without any form of control.
The Zirkel® series takes a clear stand against this development: it makes use of existing resources, keeps materials in circulation, and actively contributes to the reduction of plastic waste.
The frame material is made from 100% GRS-certified recycled PET, sourced from used water bottles and food-grade containers. On average, 6 to 9 bottles are repurposed for each pair of sunglasses. Naturally BPA-free, the material provides lightness, durability, and high wearing comfort – combined in a timeless design for confident, long-lasting style.

The thin, polarized lenses reduce glare and reflections from shiny surfaces, enhance contrast, and ensure a lightweight feel for the sunglasses.
100% UV PROTECTION
All lenses provide 100% protection against harmful UV-A & UV-B rays in accordance with current standards (EN ISO 12312-1:2013 (CE) & ANSI Z80.3 (FDA)).
RECYCLED
For the frames and microfiber pouch, we use raw material made from 100% recycled plastics.
MAXIMUM COMFORT
