Trade in guide
- Fill out the form below and inform us about the products you would like to trade in.
- We will quickly check your information and will send you an email with a reference number and shipping info.
- Send us your product. Please make sure to provide the reference number and only send the product to the address provided, so we can identify your shipment.
- We check your goods and will send you a discount code via email.
ATTENTION: Please only send fully funktional products without and damages. Clothing should be generally washed before shipment.

Can i only trade in goggles?
No. In general we need all sorts of wintersport & mountaineering equipment. You can find a overview of the needed equipment further down.
Due to limited storage possibilities, we can only accept goggles and smaller items to be shipped to us directly. However, we are happy to provide discount credits for larger items shipped to ZOM Connection directly.
What kind of voucher do i get?
Depending on the donated equipment, you will receive up to 30% discount on our shop for your next order.
Discount: You will receive 15% discount for donated ski goggles. Every extra items gives you 5% extra discount, max. 30% discount.
Transfer: You can transfer the code to friends and family – it is not personalized.
Validity: The code does not expire.
Redeem voucher: The discount is only valid for our own online shop and can not be used for purchases in our partner stores. It can not be combined with other discounts.
Min. / Max. order value: There is no minimum order value. The maximum order value is 300 EUR inkl. shipping (60 EUR max discount).
