ZOM Connection puts a special focus on educating girls, it truly has the power to strengthen the role of women in Pakistan’s Islamic culture.

Our Partner: ZOM Connection
The Chamonix based non-profit organization ZOM Connection collects winter and mountain sports equipment and teaches kids and teenagers in Pakistan in various sports. Courses are organized by volunteering ski & mountain guides from France. Each year, the team collects and transports over 4 tons of equipment and winter clothes to Pakistan. The organization puts a special focus on educating girls, thus strengthening their role in Pakistan’s patriarchal Islamic society where women are traditionally viewed as subordinates to men.
